  "text": "(1) Article 166 is amended as follows.\n(2) In paragraph 1, for “a synchronous area”, substitute “the GB synchronous area”.\n(3) Omit paragraph 3(b).\n(4) In paragraph 5, for the second sentence substitute—\n“The control capability providing TSO can be the reserve instructing TSO for the reserve capacity on FRR and RR, subject to the sharing of FRR/RR.”.",
