(a)

for “relevant authorities of each Member State” substitute “regulatory authority”;

(b)

for “Article 6(2) and (3)” substitute “Article 6(2)(a) and (3)”.

Omit paragraph 2.

After paragraph 2 insert—

“2A.

Any consultation undertaken before exit day in respect of draft proposals for terms and conditions or methodologies listed in Article 6(2)(a) is as effective for the purposes of this Regulation as consultation undertaken after exit day.”.
