  "text": "(1) Article 14 is amended as follows.\n(2) In paragraph 1—\n(a) in the first sentence—\n(i) for “ENTSO for Electricity” substitute “The regulatory authority”;\n(ii) omit “in accordance with Article 8(8) of Regulation (EC) No 714/2009”;\n(b) omit points (b) to (f);\n(c) in point (g) for “third country” substitute “neighbouring”.\n(3) Omit paragraph 2.\n(4) In paragraph 3—\n(a) for “ENTSO for Electricity” substitute “the regulatory authority”;\n(b) for “paragraphs 1 and 2” substitute “paragraph 1”.\n(5) Omit paragraph 4.",
