# The Electricity Network Codes and Guidelines (System Operation and Connection) (Amendment etc.) (EU Exit) Regulations 2019, Paragraph 15


(1) Article 14 is amended as follows.
(2) In paragraph 1—
(a) in the first sentence—
(i) for “ENTSO for Electricity” substitute “The regulatory authority”;
(ii) omit “in accordance with Article 8(8) of Regulation (EC) No 714/2009”;
(b) omit points (b) to (f);
(c) in point (g) for “third country” substitute “neighbouring”.
(3) Omit paragraph 2.
(4) In paragraph 3—
(a) for “ENTSO for Electricity” substitute “the regulatory authority”;
(b) for “paragraphs 1 and 2” substitute “paragraph 1”.
(5) Omit paragraph 4.
