  "text": "(1) Article 15 is amended as follows.\n(2) In paragraph 1—\n(a) in the first sentence—\n(i) for “ENTSO for Electricity” substitute “the national electricity transmission system operator”;\n(ii) after “Article 8(3)(a) of Regulation (EC) No 714/2009” insert “as that provision applied in EU law immediately before exit day”;\n(b) in the second sentence—\n(i) for “Agency” substitute “regulatory authority”;\n(ii) omit “, the electrical interdependencies between the TSOs’ control areas”.\n(3) Omit paragraph 2.\n(4) In paragraph 5—\n(a) in the first sentence, for “adopted by ENTSO for Electricity” substitute “referred to in paragraph 1”;\n(b) in the third sentence, for “respective regulatory authorities” substitute “regulatory authority”;\n(c) in the fourth sentence—\n(i) for “Regulatory authorities and the Agency” substitute “The regulatory authority”;\n(ii) for “their” substitute “its”.",
