  "text": "(1) Article 16 is amended as follows.\n(2) In paragraph 1—\n(a) in the first sentence, for “ENTSO for Electricity”, substitute “the national electricity transmission system operator”;\n(b) in the second sentence, omit “for each Member State”.\n(3) In paragraph 2—\n(a) in the words before point (a), for the words from the beginning to “ENTSO for Electricity”, substitute “TSOs shall notify to the national electricity transmission system operator”;\n(b) in point (a), omit “in the Member State”;\n(c) in point (b), omit—\n(i) “are not in the Member State and that”;\n(ii) “that are in the Member State”;\n(d) omit point (c);\n(e) in point (d), for “(a), (b) and (c)” substitute “(a) and (b)”;\n(f) in point (e), omit “operating within the Member State”;\n(g) in point (f), omit “of the Member State”.\n(4) In paragraph 3—\n(a) omit “synchronous areas,”;\n(b) for “(a), (b) and (c)” substitute “(a) and (b)”.",
