# The Electricity Network Codes and Guidelines (System Operation and Connection) (Amendment etc.) (EU Exit) Regulations 2019, Paragraph 26


(1) Article 26 is amended as follows.
(2) In paragraph 1—
(a) omit “, taking into account Article 5 of Council Directive 2008/114/EC,”;
(b) for “Member State” substitute “Secretary of State”.
(3) In paragraph 2, for “European interconnected transmission systems” substitute “transmission system”.
