# The Electricity Network Codes and Guidelines (System Operation and Connection) (Amendment etc.) (EU Exit) Regulations 2019, Paragraph 36


In Article 40, in paragraph 6—
(a) in the first subparagraph—
(i) in the opening words before point (a), omit the second sentence;
(ii) omit point (a);
(b) in the second subparagraph, for “ENTSO for Electricity” substitute “the national electricity transmission system operator”.
