omit “by ENTSO for Electricity”;

(b)

after “Regulation (EC) No 714/2009” insert “as that provision applied in EU law immediately before exit day”;

(c)

in the second line, for “ENTSO for Electricity” substitute “the national electricity transmission system operator”.
