# The Electricity Network Codes and Guidelines (System Operation and Connection) (Amendment etc.) (EU Exit) Regulations 2019, Paragraph 48


(1) Article 64 is amended as follows.
(2) In the heading, omit “and common”.
(3) In paragraph 1—
(a) in the opening words before point (a), for the words from “in accordance with” to “Article 114(2)”, substitute “for each of the following time frames”;
(b) in point (a), omit “, 67”;
(c) omit point (b);
(d) in points (c) and (d), omit “, in accordance with Article 70”.
(4) Omit paragraphs 2 and 3.
