  "text": "(1) Article 100 is amended as follows.\n(2) In paragraph 2, omit “taking part in an outage coordination region”.\n(3) In paragraph 3—\n(a) in point (b), omit “of the outage coordination region”;\n(b) in point (c), omit “on the ENTSO for Electricity operational planning data environment”.\n(4) In paragraph 4—\n(a) in the opening words before point (a), omit “taking part in an outage coordination region”;\n(b) in point (a), for “all other TSOs of its outage coordination region” substitute “the involved TSOs”;\n(c) in point (b), omit “of the outage coordination region”;\n(d) in point (c), omit “on the ENTSO for Electricity operational planning data environment”.",
