Article 107 is amended as follows.

In paragraph 1(e), omit the words from “consistent with cross-zonal capacities” to the end of the sentence.

In paragraph 3, for “its regulatory authority or other competent authority”, in both places which it occurs, substitute “the regulatory authority”.
