# The Electricity Network Codes and Guidelines (System Operation and Connection) (Amendment etc.) (EU Exit) Regulations 2019, Paragraph 90


(1) Article 140 is amended as follows.
(2) In paragraph 1, omit point (c) and the “; and” before it.
(3) In paragraph 2—
(a) omit points (b), (c) and (d);
(b) in point (e), omit “for synchronous areas other than CE,”.
