# The Electricity Network Codes and Guidelines (System Operation and Connection) (Amendment etc.) (EU Exit) Regulations 2019, Paragraph 25


(1) Article 40 is amended as follows.
(2) In paragraph 2, omit point (a).
(3) In paragraph 4—
(a) omit point (a);
(b) for point (b), substitute—
“(b) to the regulatory authority;”.
