  "text": "(1) Article 7 is amended as follows.\n(2) In the heading, omit “national”.\n(3) For paragraph 1 substitute—\n“1. By 5 January 2021 the Secretary of State must identify electricity crisis scenarios.”.\n(4) In paragraph 2—\n(a) omit “national”;\n(b) for “competent authority shall” substitute “Secretary of State must”;\n(c) for “operators”, in the first place it occurs, substitute “operator”;\n(d) for “competent authority”, in the second place it occurs, substitute “Secretary of State”;\n(e) omit “where it is not the competent authority”.\n(5) In paragraph 3—\n(a) omit the first sentence;\n(b) in the second sentence—\n(i) for “Member States shall” substitute “The Secretary of State must”;\n(ii) omit “national”.\n(6) Omit paragraph 4.",
