  "text": "(1) Regulation 2 is amended as follows.\n(2) In paragraph (1) after the definition of “CFD period contribution” insert—\n““continuing change” (and “commence” in relation to a continuing change) must be construed in accordance with regulation 2A;”.\n(3) In paragraph (4)(f) for “11(3)” substitute “12A(7)”.\n(4) After paragraph (4) insert—\n“(5) A reference in these Regulations to a notice issued under regulation 12A includes a reference to a notice issued under regulation 11(3) (before its substitution by the Electricity Supplier Obligations (Excluded Electricity) (Amendment) Regulations 2019).”.",
