  "text": "(1) Regulation 17 of the ESO Regulations is amended as follows.\n(2) At the end of paragraph (1) insert “who supplied electricity during the reference period”.\n(3) In paragraph (2) omit sub-paragraphs (c) and (d).\n(4) Omit paragraph (4).\n(5) In paragraph (8)——\n(a) for “purposes of paragraph (7)” substitute “purposes of paragraphs (1) and (7)”;\n(b) in sub-paragraph (a)—\n(i) omit paragraph (i) and the word “or” that follows it; and\n(ii) in paragraph (ii), omit “in respect of any other default,”.",
