# The Electricity Supplier Payments (Amendment) Regulations 2016, Regulation 17: Amendment of the ESO Regulations (regulation 25)


(1) Regulation 25 of the ESO Regulations is amended as follows.
(2) In paragraph (2)—
(a) after sub-paragraph (c) insert “and”;
(b) after sub-paragraph (d) omit “; and”; and
(c) omit sub-paragraph (e).
