# The Electricity Supplier Payments (Amendment) Regulations 2016, Regulation 2: Interpretation


In these Regulations—
“the ESO Regulations” means the Contracts for Difference (Electricity Supplier Obligations) Regulations 2014;
“the Standard Terms Regulations” means the Contracts for Difference (Standard Terms) Regulations 2014;
“the Supplier Payment Regulations” means the Electricity Capacity (Supplier Payment etc.) Regulations 2014.
