Regulation 24 Amendment of the Supplier Payment Regulations (regulation 9)

In regulation 9(2) of the Supplier Payment Regulations, for “£3,891,000” substitute “£4,283,000”.

But paragraph (1) does not apply in respect of any financial year commencing before 2016.

In paragraph (2), “financial year” has the meaning given in regulation 2(1) of the Supplier Payment Regulations.
