After paragraph 13 of the Schedule insert—

“13A.

Regulation 14A has effect as if every reference to “the CFD counterparty” is to “a CFD counterparty” except the reference in paragraph (2), and the second reference in paragraph (5), which are to “that CFD counterparty”.”.
