  "text": "(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Electronic Commerce and Solvency 2 (Amendment etc.) (EU Exit) Regulations 2019.\n(2) These Regulations come into force on the day after the day on which they are made.\n(3) In these Regulations—\n“the 2000 Act” means the Financial Services and Markets Act 2000;\n“the 2001 Order” means the Financial Services and Markets Act 2000 (Regulated Activities) Order 2001;\n“the 2002 Regulations” means the Electronic Commerce Directive (Financial Services and Markets) Regulations 2002.",
