# The Electronic Commerce and Solvency 2 (Amendment etc.) (EU Exit) Regulations 2019, Regulation 20: Information gathering


The following provisions of the 2000 Act apply in respect of a relevant incoming provider carrying on an activity to which regulation 11 applies, as they apply to an authorised person (within the meaning of section 31 of the 2000 Act)—
(a) section 165;
(b) section 166;
(c) section 175;
(d) section 177.
