# The Electronic Commerce and Solvency 2 (Amendment etc.) (EU Exit) Regulations 2019, Regulation 24: Disapplication of supervision, etc. requirements


Section 1L(2) and (3) of the 2000 Act does not apply in respect of a relevant incoming provider who is carrying on an activity to which regulation 11 applies.
