# The Electronic Commerce Directive (Education, Adoption and Children) (Amendment etc.) Regulations 2021, Regulation 1: Citation, commencement and extent


(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Electronic Commerce Directive (Education, Adoption and Children) (Amendment etc.) Regulations 2021 and come into force on the day after the day on which they are made.
(2) Any amendment, repeal or revocation made by these Regulations has the same extent as the provision amended, repealed, or revoked.
