  "text": "(1) The Education Act 2002 is amended as follows.\n(2) In Schedule 11B (offence under section 141G: supplementary provisions)—\n(a) in paragraph 1(2)—\n(i) for “The purpose of this Schedule is to comply with” substitute “In this Schedule “the E-Commerce Directive” means”;\n(ii) omit “(“the E-Commerce Directive”)”;\n(b) omit paragraphs 2 and 3;\n(c) omit paragraph 7(2).",
