  "text": "(1) The Electronic Commerce Directive (Adoption and Children Act 2002) Regulations 2005 are amended as follows.\n(2) In regulation 1—\n(a) for the heading substitute “Citation and commencement”;\n(b) omit paragraph (2).\n(3) In regulation 2 (interpretation)—\n(a) in paragraph (1), omit the definitions of the following—\n(i) “the Commission”;\n(ii) “co-ordinated field”;\n(iii) “country of origin”;\n(iv) “EEA State”;\n(v) “incoming electronic commerce activity”;\n(vi) “incoming provider”;\n(vii) “prohibited measure”;\n(viii) “relevant EEA authority”;\n(b) in paragraph (2), omit sub-paragraphs (a), (b) and (c).\n(4) Omit regulations 3 to 8.",
