  "text": "In regulations 8 to 10, “relevant offence” means—\n(a) the children’s hearings publishing restrictions offence;\n(b) the extended children’s hearings publishing restrictions offence;\n(c) the extended fatal accident inquiries publishing restrictions offence;\n(d) the fatal accident inquiries publishing restrictions offence;\n(e) the human trafficking offence;\n(f) the human trafficking (Northern Ireland) offence;\n(g) the human trafficking (Scotland) offence;\n(h) the threatening communications offence;\n(i) the traffic in prostitution offence.",
