# The Electronic Commerce Directive (Trafficking People for Exploitation) Regulations 2013, Regulation 1: Citation, commencement and extent


These Regulations—
(a) may be cited as the Electronic Commerce Directive (Trafficking People for Exploitation) Regulations 2013;
(b) shall come into force on the day after the day on which they are made;
(c) extend to England and Wales.
