# The Electronic Communications (Amendment etc.) (EU Exit) Regulations 2019, Regulation 1: Citation and commencement


(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Electronic Communications (Amendment etc.) (EU Exit) Regulations 2019.
(2) They come into force on the later of exit day or the day after the day on which they are made.
