  "text": "(1) Section 49 (directions and approvals for the purposes of a section 45 condition) is amended as follows.\n(2) In subsection (3), for “six Community” substitute “five”.\n(3) In subsection (4), omit “and section 49B”.\n(4) In subsection (4B)—\n(a) in paragraph (a), for “sections 49A and 49B(1) do” substitute “section 49A does”;\n(b) omit paragraph (b) and the “and” preceding it.\n(5) In subsection (4C)—\n(a) at the end of paragraph (a), insert “and”;\n(b) omit paragraph (c) and the “and” preceding it.",
