# The Electronic Communications and Wireless Telegraphy (Amendment etc.) (EU Exit) Regulations 2019, Paragraph 22


(1) Section 77 (imposition of privileged supplier conditions) is amended as follows.
(2) In subsection (4), for “€50 million” substitute “£45 million”.
(3) In subsection (7)(b), for “Euros” substitute “sterling”.
