  "text": "(1) Section 79 (market power determinations) is amended as follows.\n(2) After subsection (1) insert—\n“(1A) In identifying or analysing a services market for the purposes of this Chapter, OFCOM must conduct a forward-looking assessment of the market, taking into account expected or foreseeable developments that may affect competition in the market.”\n(3) Omit subsections (2), (3) and (7).",
