In subsection (1), omit “and section 80B”.

In subsection (1B)—
(a)
in paragraph (a) for “sections 80A and 80B(1) do” substitute “section 80A does”;
(b)
omit paragraph (b) and the “and” preceding it.
(4)
Omit subsection (7).
