# The Electronic Communications and Wireless Telegraphy (Amendment etc.) (EU Exit) Regulations 2019, Paragraph 35


(1) Section 105B (requirement to notify OFCOM of security breach) is amended as follows.
(2) In subsection (3)—
(a) for “must” substitute “may”;
(b) in paragraph (a) omit “other”.
(3) In subsection (6), for “must” substitute “may”.
