# The Electronic Communications and Wireless Telegraphy (Amendment etc.) (EU Exit) Regulations 2019, Paragraph 5


In section 5 (directions in respect of networks and spectrum functions), in subsection (3A)—
(a) for “that” substitute “if the function is one that, immediately before exit day,”;
(b) for “requires” substitute “required”.
