# The Electronic Communications and Wireless Telegraphy (Amendment etc.) (EU Exit) Regulations 2019, Paragraph 8


(1) Section 33 (advance notification to OFCOM) is amended as follows.
(2) Omit subsections (7) and (8).
(3) In subsection (10), omit the words from “and the reference” to the end.
