Regulation 1 Citation, commencement and extent

These Regulations may be cited as the Electronic Communications Code (Jurisdiction) Regulations 2017 and come into force on the day that section 4 of, and Schedule 1 to, the Digital Economy Act 2017 come fully into force.

These Regulations extend to England and Wales and to Scotland.
