# The Emergency Workers (Scotland) Act 2005 (Modification) Order 2008, Article 1: Citation and commencement


This Order may be cited as the Emergency Workers (Scotland) Act 2005 (Modification) Order 2008 and shall come into force on 1st April 2008.
