At the end of regulation 46(1)(a)(ii) of the GGETS Regulations, after “;” omit “or”.

(2)

After regulation 46(1)(a)(iii) of the GGETS Regulations insert—

“(iv)

necessary for the performance of the Environment Agency’s functions in England under the Emissions Performance Standard Regulations 2015; or”.
