  "text": "Where regulation 67(1) or 69(1) applies, a deduction must have effect, calculated where appropriate in accordance with regulation 79(1) or (5), from the first day of the benefit week in which the payment or councillor’s allowance is paid to a claimant who is entitled to an employment and support allowance in that week.",
