  "text": "In relation to admission to a scheme—\n(a) a minimum or maximum age for admission, including different ages for admission for different groups or categories of worker;\n(b) a minimum level of pensionable pay for admission, provided that such a minimum is not above the lower earnings limit referred to in section 5(1) of the Social Security Contributions and Benefits Act 1992.",
