  "text": "In every case to which paragraph 2, 3, 4 or 5 applies—\n(a) paragraph 10 of Schedule 6 does not apply; and\n(b) the employer is under a duty to consider any request which complies with the requirements of paragraph 2(2)(b), 2(3)(c), 3(2)(c), 4(2)(b), 4(3)(c) or 5(2)(c) in accordance with paragraphs 7 to 9 of Schedule 6.",
