# The Employment Equality (Age) Regulations 2006, Paragraph 19: The Employment Tribunals Act 1996


(1) Section 18(1) (conciliation) is amended in accordance with this paragraph.
(2) At the end of paragraph (p), omit “or”.
(3) After paragraph (q), insert
“or
(r) under regulation 36 of the Employment Equality (Age) Regulations 2006.”.
