# The Employment Equality (Age) Regulations 2006, Paragraph 20: The Employment Tribunals Act 1996


(1) Section 21(1) (jurisdiction of Appeal Tribunal) is amended in accordance with this paragraph.
(2) At the end of paragraph (q), omit “or”.
(3) After paragraph (r) insert—
“or
(s) the Employment Equality (Age) Regulations 2006.”.
