# The Employment Equality (Age) Regulations 2006, Paragraph 24: The Employment Rights Act 1996


In section 108 (qualifying period of employment) in subsection (3) (cases where no qualifying period of employment is required)—
(a) at the end of paragraph (l) omit “or”; and
(b) after paragraph (m) insert—
“or
(n) paragraph (a) or (b) of paragraph 13(5) of Schedule 6 to the Employment Equality (Age) Regulations 2006 applies.”.
