Section 162 (amount of a redundancy payment) is amended in accordance with this paragraph.

(2)

Subsections (4), (5) and (8) are repealed.

(3)

In subsection (6), for the words “Subsections (1) to (5)”substitute “Subsections (1) to (3)”.
