# The Employment Equality (Age) Regulations 2006, Paragraph 38: The Equality Act 2006


(1) Section 14(1) (codes of practice) is amended in accordance with this paragraph.
(2) At the end of paragraph (g) omit “and”.
(3) After paragraph (h) insert—
“and
(i) Parts 2 and 3 of the Employment Equality (Age) Regulations 2006.”.
