Section 33(1) (equality and human rights enactments) is amended in accordance with this paragraph.

(2)

At the end of paragraph (g) omit “and”.

(3)

After paragraph (h) insert—

“and

(i)

the Employment Equality (Age) Regulations 2006.”.
