# The Employment Equality (Age) Regulations 2006, Paragraph 44


(1) The Lynemouth Mine (Diesel Vehicles and Storage Battery Vehicles) Special Regulations 1961 are amended in accordance with this paragraph.
(2) In regulation 15 after the words “Regulations 17” insert “as amended by the Employment Equality (Age) Regulations 2006”.
